we are
Six Turf Co. is a true local Austin business, founded by UT alumnus Jimmy Mahon. It all started when Jimmy moved into a new apartment and installed turf on his patio—transforming a plain outdoor space into a place he wanted to spend more time in. As he added furniture, lighting, and a cold plunge, his patio became more than an upgrade—it became the first Micro-Greenspace, a fully personalized outdoor retreat.
Inspired by his love for the outdoors and a passion for creating comfortable, functional, and stylish spaces, Jimmy founded Six Turf Co. to help others reimagine their patios and balconies—turning underused areas into vibrant escapes.
